MORE WORD PLAY...REALLY?

Ahhh...a coping skill that has become absorbed into every day life...a daily mantra...all done! (inspired by Tonya Ricucci's book Word Play)

Leftovers

Time to play

"REALLY?" is my new coping skill to use when I am in a situation where another human being is being mean. REALLY? Are you REALLY saying that and being mean? This coping skill reminds me that I have the power to not swirl in the negative energy.

I didn't have enough six inch blocks to go around, so I cut them in half to use for the border!

Quiltherapy...one word at a time. I love it! REALLY!

  1. oh. my. goodness! i was admiring the "moment" quilt and contemplating this, as it is a cornerstone of my own practice. when i scanned down and just about splattered my laptop with coffee when i saw the "really?" quilt! perfect. perfect. purr fect! my side is now hurting and i still can't stop laughing! i may just have to find my own version of this quilt amongst my scraps. i've been dying to play with tonya's book ever since i received it. now i have the perfect motivation to crack the spine! wonder full!!!
